Pallet Standards

To ensure efficiency, consistency, and reliable logistics, Bulk Direct orders follow standardized pallet formats:

Half Pallet (Minimum Order)

  • 25 cases: 500 lbs
Ideal for initial programs, regional distribution, and LTL freight

Full Pallet (Standard Unit)

  • 50 cases: 1,000 lbs
Optimized for recurring programs and multi-pallet shipments

All pallets are professionally stacked, wrapped, and shipped from our Northern California production facility. Pallet configuration details and load plans are confirmed during onboarding.

Freight and Volume Options

Bulk Direct supports multiple freight configurations to accommodate regional distribution, national rollouts, and long-term supply programs:

LTL (Less-Than-Truckload)

  • 1–4 pallets
Ideal for regional distribution, pilot programs, and early-stage rollouts
    Shipped via vetted freight partners

Multi-Pallet Programs

  • 5–19 pallets
Optimized for recurring orders and multi-location distribution
Supports forecasted volume and scheduled releases

Full Truckload (FTL)

  • 20–26 pallets (by request)
Best for national distribution and contract supply agreements
Dedicated truckload pricing and coordinated delivery windows

Freight method, pallet count, and delivery cadence are finalized during onboarding to ensure cost efficiency, reliability, and consistent supply. Our logistics approach prioritizes consistency, predictability, and on-time delivery.
