Shipping Policy

Virtue Foods ships wholesale granola orders within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Virtue Foods does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delayed arrivals.

Freight Virtue Foods retains the right to choose shipping carriers at its sole discretion. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for case orders. Half-pallet and full pallet orders require LTL freight so please contact us at info@virtuegranola.com to arrange a freight quote prior to placing large orders.

Once your order is turned over to our carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you. In some cases, carriers may require a signature upon delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or lost in transit, please contact us at info@virtuegranola.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation and we will assist you.

Sales Tax Virtue Foods sells to approved wholesale accounts. Tax exemption is handled at the account level. Contact us at info@virtuegranola.com with questions about your account's tax status.
