Return & Claims Policy
All sales of Virtue Granola products are final. As a manufacturer of perishable food products, we do not accept returns except in cases of verified product defect or shipping damage.
Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@virtuegranola.com within 48 hours of delivery. All claims must include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photo documentation of the damaged or defective product and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photo documentation may not be eligible for credit or replacement.
Wrong Item Shipped If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@virtuegranola.com. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Credits & Replacements Approved claims will be resolved at Virtue Granola's discretion by either a credit toward a future order or a replacement shipment of the affected product. No cash refunds will be issued on wholesale orders.
